Why does my Investment appear as Pending?

For all deals on the platform, you will receive confirmation of whether your investment request has been accepted on the deal’s closing date. Each deal on Percent has a defined funding period and a close date. While the offering is in its funding period, your investment request will be shown as pending. On the closing date, our team begins the syndication process to settle the note. Once this process is complete and the note has settled, you will receive a confirmation email from Percent regarding your investment request by the end of that day.
