How does the Minimum Investment Amount field work?

According to the Percent investment request requirements, the minimum investment amount field must be less than or equal to half of your total investment request. For example, if you request to invest $10,000, your minimum investment amount should be $5,000 or less.

Just as a note, in the event the deal becomes oversubscribed, the minimum investment amount allows our team to manage the order book if allocations need to be prorated. On the other hand, setting a minimum will not guarantee an allocation if the pro-rated allocation falls below your set minimum. Therefore, not setting a minimum can increase your chances of participating in a note if the deal is oversubscribed.
