# Does Percent Charge Any Fees?

Percent charges investors a 10% Service Fee under the **advertised interest payment**. You can check the full details by [clicking here](https://percent.com/blog/broker-deal-new-fee-structure/).

To summarize, if an investor has invested in a deal with an advertised coupon rate of 15.00%, payable monthly, the new net coupon rate to the investor will now be 13.50%, after paying a 1.50% fee to Percent (10% of the advertised interest payment). The fee will be collected automatically by Percent only upon the distribution of any interest payments that are made as per the payment schedules of the respective offerings (which are generally monthly).

Additionally, Percent does charge a 1.00% annual fee, deducted from monthly distributions, to investors who participate in [Percent Blended Notes](https://percent.com/blog/percent-blended-notes-explained/).
