How do I link a Bank to my Percent Account?
To link a bank account to the Percent platform, please navigate to your profile section by clicking on the drop-down menu right next to your account name. Once the drop-down menu expands, click on "Account Settings," followed by "Bank Account."
Once you are in the "Bank Account" tab, click on the "Add Account" button to initiate the linking process via Plaid. 
Please note that before linking a bank account to the Percent platform, investors must complete their profile information and go through the identity verification and accreditation verification process.
How does Plaid Work?
Plaid allows you to securely connect your bank account to the Percent platform in seconds. After clicking on the "Add Account" button, the platform will take you through the Plaid linking flow.
As you go through the linking flow, you will see a list of popular banking institutions that you can choose from. If you do not see your banking institution, you can search for it by name. After finding and selecting your banking institution, you will be asked to enter your online banking credentials to authenticate the connection. It is as simple as that!
Can I Link my Bank Account using Account and Routing Numbers?
If you are unable to find your banking institution amongst Plaid's supported partners, or if you do not feel comfortable entering your banking credentials, you can use your account and routing numbers by scrolling down to the bottom of the available institutions and clicking on "Link with account numbers."
After entering your account and routing numbers, Plaid will make a test deposits to your bank account within a business day. Please select "Authorize" to proceed, followed by "Continue" to return to Percent.
After the deposit is posted in your bank account, you will have to confirm a 3-letter sender verification code by going back to the "Bank Account" tab on Percent, and clicking on "Verify Account."
The link will take you back to Plaid, where you will see the option to enter the 3-letter code. After entering the code, select "Continue" to go back to Percent and finish the linking process.
Can I link a Brokerage Account?
Yes, you can link a brokerage account to Percent by using the Account and Routing Numbers method, as described in the step above. You may select "Checking" as your account type; there will not be a "Brokerage" option.
